The Management and staff of Signs For All would like to take a moment to thank you for stopping by our website and spending a few minutes seeing what we have to offer you. Our Goal and Desire is to provide you with more than just signs, but also with other vital resources, to help make your job easier. You will find this information in the "Realtor Resource" section of our site. Also, we strive to provide you with High Quality Signs at an Affordable Price. We are constantly negotiating with our suppliers to get the lowest prices, and pass those savings on to you, in the form of Lower Prices. More than 95% of the signs we make, for Realtors, would be considered CUSTOM. They are unique and specialized for each and every client. We agree with you, your sign should stand out from the crowd and be noticed. For that reason, we try hard to make your sign the way you want it to be, Unique.

Basic Information

Upon placing your sign order with Signs For All, it generally takes 3 to 5 working days to complete your order and prepare it for shipping, though we will do everything within our power to ship your order the following business day. But, that is only possible after we have received your "Graphics Approval Form ", signed and faxed back to our office. Without your signature upon the Approval, and it being returned to our office NO SIGNS WILL BE MADE.

Graphics Approval Form:

No orders will go into production until the client has signed and returned the Graphics Approval Form to Signs For All. If for some reason, you are unable to fax the Graphics Approval Form, then send an email indicating you have received a copy of the Graphics Approval Form, that you have reviewed it and it meets with your approval.  Only after we have written approval from our clients, will our production department begin work on your signs. Once the Approval Form has be signed and returned to Signs For All, it is presumed that the client has carefully checked the approval for errors and assumes all responsibility for typographical errors.

Graphic Artwork:

Any Artwork created by Signs For All, and not compensated for by the client, is the sole and exclusive property of Signs For All, Riverside, California. Any reproduction of said Artwork or signs, in any form or for any purpose, without the expressed written permission of Signs For All, is strictly prohibited. Since the great majority of our orders are considered custom, all sales are final. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary, a credit may be issued.

Merchandise Inspection:

After  (the clients) signs have been completed and shipped, delivered or picked up, the client shall have one (1) week, within which time to inspect the signs for defects. Should any defects be noticed, the client must contact Signs For All, telephone and by email, indicating what the problem is, and Signs For All shall determine what should be done to resolve and settle the matter. If defective materials or workmanship has been detected, and Signs for all has been notified accordingly,  the client should return signs in accordance with our RETURN Policy. FAILURE to notify Signs For All within the provided time period or the use of said signs, voids the clients right to seek a remedy or replacement, and shall be construed that the client considers the signs acceptable as they are.

Cancellations:

Once a client has placed an order, provided all of the necessary information for the sign(s) they wish produced, and provided the necessary payment information, the order Is considered "Initiated". Should the client reconsider and after that point desire to Cancel their order, they may do so, bit if a rendering of their sign(s) has been created and submitted for their review and approval, the client shall be charged and billed a minimum of $100.00 for time spent and materials used.

Should the clients order require material, specially ordered and cut to specific dimensions for the clients job, which dimensions, not being standard to other signs, then the client shall be charged for the material ordered and delivered and that amount shall be deducted and not returned.

Returns:

Being that Signs For All pays the freight for sign orders over $100.00, if a client wishes to return merchandise that is defective or not made to their specifications, they do so at their own expense. Signs For All is not responsible for and will not pay to have merchandise returned. Stock signs (without an Agents Name) Sign Stakes and Sign Frames are considered Returnable and subject to a 20% re-stocking charge if they have not been used.No Graphic Charges for simple type setting, simple line art, but for complex graphics, photo editing and composition, should a client cancel order after graphic work has begun, the client shall be charged and billed a minimum of $100.00 for time spent and materials used. Once an order is approved and signed by the client, it is considered FINAL, and any changes will incur additional charges and or fee. The signs are Non-Returnable and No Credit will be issued unless wrong materials were used in the making of the sings, or the graphics are not those approved by the client.

Returned/Bad Checks:

Should your payment, via check, be returned by your bank, as Non Sufficient Funds, you will be assessed a minimum charge of $35.00, which will be payable in CASH and the replacement for your NSF check shall be in CASH or Cashiers Check only.  Failure by anyone to redeam an NSF check will be grounds to turn this matter over to our attorney for possible legal action.
